Obituary of Keith D. Korthals

Keith Korthals, 77, formerlyof Ontario, passed away on October 26, 2023 in Boise.

Keith was born to Henry and Mabel (Walter) Korthals on August 6, 1946.

Keith spent four years in the U.S. Army which he was then honorably disscharged.  After his service Keith graduated from college with a Master's Degree in education.

Keith was a fourth grade elementary teacher with a couple of school districts in the local area and Boise.

Keith enjoyed antiquing. Keith also loved his cats Charlie and Bright Eyes.  He also enjoyed his Fenton glass collection and his beautiful glassware, along with his oriental furniture ciollection.

He is survived by his brother Ronald (Joni) Korhtals of Boise and his nephews Keith Korthals and Kirk Vandebeek.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Mabel Korthals.

A graveside service for Keith will be held on November 8, 2023, 12:00pm at Evergreen Cemetery in Ontario, Oregon.

A reception will be held immediately following the service for Keith at the Shanghai Restaurant, located at 2880 SW 4th Ave. #15 in Ontario.
